• Troubleshoot and diagnose system failures using technical knowledge and monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with operations to implement maintenance plans and procedures.
• Coordinate with construction during installation and commissioning of new projects.
• Generate reports and maintain records of inspections and equipment conditions.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies during all activities.
• Stay updated with BESS technology trends and maintenance techniques.
