Job summary

NextEra Energy Resources is hiring a PV Solar & Battery Technician in Wadsworth, Nevada. You will support the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team, perform inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensure safety compliance for PV solar and storage systems.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, 1+ year of related experience, and a valid non-CDL driver’s license. Relocation may be provided; company benefits apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of PV solar and battery storage systems.

• Collaborate with operations to implement maintenance plans.
• Coordinate with construction during installations.
• Generate reports and maintain records of activities.
