Job summary

Job&Talent is hiring a Putter SII (Put-to-Light Associate) in Logan Township. You will use Put-to-Light to sort items, scan with RF scanners, and ensure accurate tracking for shipments to stores.

The role requires warehouse experience, keen attention to detail, and the ability to follow directions in a fast-paced environment. Physical tasks include standing for long shifts (8-12 hours), lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a warehouse with varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Ability to follow directions in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic English communication (bilingual English/Spanish preferred).

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Put-to-Light system to sort and place items into assigned bins.
• Scan items with RF scanners to ensure accuracy and tracking.
• Monitor bin lights and quantities to ensure proper product placement.
• Assist in clearing completed orders and preparing them for packing or shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
