Job summary

Jobandtalent is recruiting for a Put-to-Light Associate in Logan Township, New Jersey, to support efficient order fulfillment for a leading retail partner. You will sort items with the Put-to-Light system, scan with RF scanners, and help prepare orders for packing or shipping in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates are able to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying temperatures while maintaining accuracy and pace on the line.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods (8–12 hour shifts).
• Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of up to 30–50 lbs.
• Repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Put-to-Light system to sort and place items into assigned bins based on illuminated indicators.
• Scan items using RF scanners to ensure accuracy and proper tracking
• Follow system prompts to complete orders quickly and correctly
• Monitor bin lights and quantities to ensure proper placement of products
• Assist in clearing completed orders and preparing them for packing or shipping
