Qualifications

• 5–7 years of bid coordination, pursuits, or marketing experience.
• Excellent writing and editing skills under tight deadlines.
• Strong project management across multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of North American commercial real estate landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid coordination for mid-size and complex pursuits with deadlines.
• Write and edit client-centric content for proposals and presentations.
• Develop pitch decks and leave-behind materials with strategic insights.
• Collaborate with Design, Strategy, Preconstruction and Marketing teams.
• Ensure materials adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintain library of standard bid content and case studies.
• Conduct market research on NY and US markets for pursuit inputs.
• Track pursuit activity and outcomes in the CRM system.
