Job summary

The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support pursuits from strategy to proposal preparation and client presentations. You will work with operations and project teams to develop materials, edit content, and transform narratives into visual responses.

Proficiency in InDesign, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Photoshop is expected, with occasional travel required. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications required.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, Word, Excel; Photoshop a plus.
• Experience supporting pursuit activities and proposals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations to determine strategy for RFQ/RFP responses.
• Develop proposal materials (firm profiles, resumes, project sheets, etc.).
• Edit content for quality, readability, and accuracy.
• Transform narratives into visual responses for proposals.
• Prepare teams for client presentations and meetings.
• Conduct market research to support pursuits.
