Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an IOC Operator for the Purple Line project, based at the Glenridge OMF in Maryland.

You will monitor SCADA, RTUs, CCTV, and power systems, ensuring safe, reliable operation during commissioning and transition to O&M. You'll coordinate with field teams, construction, and testing crews, perform switching with lockout/tagout, and maintain logs and operational readiness for dynamic testing windows and mission-critical operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• 4+ years in transit ops, SCADA or control room ops.
• Strong safety and procedural compliance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time infrastructure status and alarms.
• Perform switching operations via SCADA with safety controls.
• Support SIT, dynamic testing and commissioning.
• Coordinate with field teams and testing leads.
