Job summary

Terray Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Technician to support analytical and purification chemistry for small-molecule compounds. You will operate LC/MS and prep-HPLC, purify compounds, and deliver high-purity results to client chemists with fast turnaround.

This role focuses on method development, sample tracking, and instrument maintenance in a high-throughput, collaborative environment within Terray's drug discovery platform.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or related field; hands-on analytical and preparative chromatography.
• Experience with reverse and normal phase chromatography, HPLC/UPLC, prep-HPLC.
• Detail-oriented with strong data integrity and sample-tracking habits.
• Ability to manage high sample throughput in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize analytical and preparative methods for LC/SFC-MS separation and purification.
• Run high-throughput analysis and verify identity and purity by LC-MS, HPLC-UV, and NMR as needed.
• Support walk-up/open-access LC-MS and purification service with fast turnaround.
• Track sample identity, recovery, and yield across workflows.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of analytical instrumentation; coordinate vendor support.
• Maintain accurate records and follow safety and data integrity standards.
