Deliver comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer to client operations staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as a Storage Architect with a focus on large-scale enterprise storage environments.
Deep experience migrating NetApp SolidFire environments.

Skilled in troubleshooting storage performance and availability issues.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
Ability to create clear, professional technical documentation.
Comfortable working independently while keeping multiple stakeholders informed.
Qualifications:
Pure Storage certifications (e.g., PCSA, PCSE) strongly preferred.
Prior experience with cloud-connected storage migrations.
Experience tuning Pure Storage features like Purity OS, QoS policies, Data Reduction (compression/deduplication).
Personal Attributes:
Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proactive communicator who escalates issues early.
