Job Description:

As a Purchasing/Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing the purchasing process, and ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse. Your role will involve coordinating with suppliers, handling stock levels, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchasing:
• Order fulfillment, and manage inventory supplies.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to maintain inventory levels.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues with suppliers.
• Entering bills into our ERP system
• Warehouse Management:
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with stock labeling, storage, and order picking.
• Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Ensure the accuracy of all inventory records in the system.
• Team Support:
• Assist with the shipping and receiving of orders.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Provide support to warehouse staff and assist with daily operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in a purchasing or warehouse role preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
