Job Description

Industrial Networking Solutions (INS) is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Richardson TX location. This is a permanent full-time position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Required Qualifications

• English fluency (spoken and written)
• Basic computer skills such as email and basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Must be able to lift 50-80 pounds.
• Must be able to squat, lift, stretch, and bend to reach all areas of the facility.
• Must be able to be on your feet for 8-hour shift.
• Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Warehouse/Shipping/receiving experience is a plus
  
  
  

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving duties in an air-conditioned warehouse to include, but not limited to:
• Receiving
• Picking, packing, and shipping orders
• Putting away stock
• Move inventory manually, with a pallet jack, and pallet stacker.
• Cycle counts
• Maintain a tidy warehouse: organizing, restocking work areas, sweeping, taking out trash
• Ability to learn basic computer, shipping, and warehouse/distribution center systems.
• Collaborate with team members both in-person and online (email, MS Teams).
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
  
  

Schedule & Pay

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
• 15 days PTO per year
• 9 company paid holidays - New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
  
  
  

Teamwork

This position requires working as a team to complete all daily tasks assigned to the warehouse team. Collaboration with warehouse team-members as well as staff from other departments both in-person and online (email, MS Teams).
