Job summary

Wistron Infocomm Usa Corporation is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage raw material sourcing and the procurement lifecycle for production needs. You will forecast with vendors, create and manage SAP/Avatar POs, and monitor MRP-driven activities to ensure on-time material arrival.

The role requires 2+ years in purchasing, ERP/SRM proficiency, and strong Excel skills. Mandarin-English bilingual ability is highly preferred for international supplier communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years purchasing experience in ME or EE materials.
• At least 2 years managing suppliers overseas.
• ERP/SRM proficiency and advanced Excel skills.
• SCM certification is a plus (APICS CPIM, CIPS, Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

• Send weekly forecasts to vendors and follow up on commitments.
• Review MRP reports; create and manage POs in SAP/Avatar per MRP.
• Perform weekly PO rescheduling based on MRP requirements.
• Monitor material status in MO Shortage and related reports.
• Coordinate dispositions and supplier communications with internal teams.
• Create MIT requests for cross-dock materials to customs.
• Manage daily raw material supply planning, procurement, inventory, supplier performance.
• Ensure timely receipt of materials for production use.
• Conduct weekly PO price audits and collaborate with A/P.
• Execute RTV processes including debit notes and shipments.
