Millwood Hospital in Arlington, TX, is seeking a part-time Purchasing Specialist (20 hours/week) to manage purchasing, receiving, stocking, organizing, and distributing medical supplies across the hospital. The role supports departments with timely, accurate inventory and proper storage conditions.

Qualifications include HS diploma; 1–3 years in materials management or supply chain in a hospital setting. Hours are Monday–Friday, with orientations provided.

Position Summary: Purchasing Specialist - Part-time (20 hours/week)

Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 1:00pm)

Responsible for purchasing, receiving, stocking, organizing, inventorying, and distributing medical supplies, equipment, forms, and other materials throughout the hospital. Ensures departments have the supplies and forms they need while maintaining accurate inventory and appropriate storage conditions.

Must be available to attend the Full Hospital and Departmental orientations: Week 1: Monday -Friday; 8 AM - 5 PM; Week 2: Monday - Thursday; 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
