Job summary

Rosetta Bakery in the United States is seeking a Full Time Purchasing Manager to lead procurement across our 16 locations. You will oversee sourcing of ingredients, supplies, and equipment, manage vendor relationships, and optimize inventory to support bakery operations.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, cost-saving initiatives, and ERP stewardship (Craftable & Marketman). You will collaborate with market teams to safeguard margins and ensure timely purchases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain purchasing data across multi-location markets, ensuring pricing and vendor records are audit-ready.
• Deliver regular spend, price variance, and vendor performance reports.
• Lead purchasing projects including vendor comparisons and cost-saving analyses.
• Maintain and update ERP/inventory systems Craftable & Marketman and resolve requests.
• Build and manage vendor relationships to protect margins and service continuity.

Rosetta currently has an opening for Full Time Purchasing Manager to join our team. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement operations. In this role, you will oversee the sourcing and purchasing of ingredients, supplies, and equipment essential for our bakery’s success. Your expertise in procurement management, vendor negotiations, and supply chain coordination will ensure smooth operations and optimal inventory levels. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our supply strategy and contribute to our growth.

• Maintain accurate purchasing and item file data across a multi-location, multi-market bakery operation, ensuring pricing and vendor records stay current and audit-ready
• Deliver regular reporting and actionable business insights on spend, pricing variance, and vendor performance to support cross-market decision-making
• Lead purchasing projects and item sourcing initiatives, including vendor comparisons and cost-saving analyses across high-spend categories
• Maintain and update the ERP/inventory management system (Craftable & Marketman), while fielding and resolving purchasing requests from locations and markets.
• Build and manage strong vendor relationships, negotiating pricing and resolving supply issues to protect margin and service continuity
