Job summary

HydraForce, a Bosch Rexroth company, offers an internship program designed to provide students with meaningful, hands-on experience in supplier engagement, project management, and ERP systems. The PUE internship exposes assignments that increase in complexity as proficiency grows.

Interns will support RFQs, SAP SKU setups, supplier reviews, project tasks, data organisation in Excel, and ERP data updates, with May 27, 2026 – August 7, 2026 as internship dates. Base US hourly range: $18–$24.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Send RFQs to suppliers and prepare quote comparisons to support supplier selection.
Assist in setting up new SKUs within SAP.
Support supplier reviews to gain technical knowledge and strengthen relationships.
Contribute to project management activities and ensure deadlines are met.
Perform data organisation and analysis using Excel.
Assist in supplier and material master data updates within ERP systems.
