Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Purchasing Engineer to lead supplier management and project procurement for NPD/CD projects. You will support RFQ processes, supplier selection, and capacity assessment to ensure supply continuity and cost competitiveness.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in direct material purchasing, with strong communication in English and proficiency in MS Office; Power BI is a plus. This is an on-site position in Haiyan, CN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, mechatronic, supply chain, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in direct material purchasing, supplier management, or project procurement.
• Experience with suppliers in mechanical components, fabrication, casting, machining or HVAC.
• Communicate independently with global stakeholders in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; good presentation skills; Power BI a plus.

The Impact You'll Make

As our Senior Sourcing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supplier management and project procurement activities to ensure supply continuity, cost competitiveness and successful execution of NPD/CD projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For
