As our Procurement Systems Support Analyst , you’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing our procurement systems to drive operational excellence and enable our ongoing expansion in the region.

You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and a global IT Procurement team and take ownership of system improvements, software testing, and development, helping us move toward a more efficient and innovative future.
Support procurement systems: Support internal stakeholders by providing seamless daily operational and technical assistance for our procurement platforms.
Drive system enhancements: Participate in development projects focused on continuous improvements, system testing, and deploying new functionalities.
Deliver quality resolutions: Use your skills in IT problem-solving to deliver fast, highly effective resolutions and maintain a high standard of work quality.
Strengthen our Americas region: Collaborate with internal users, stakeholders, and a global team of 30 peers to strengthen our Americas region and support our Digital and IT Procurement products.
Innovate and learn: Continuously learn and share knowledge to enhance how we operate, develop, and maintain critical procurement tools.
Professional background: Relevant experience in IT, Procurement Processes, or Systems.
Technical knowledge: Proficiency or strong familiarity with core procurement software, with a strong preference for SAP or Ariba.
Educational foundation: A degree in IT, Procurement, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Communication skills: Fluent English and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with local peers and global stakeholders.
A mindset for success: A proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on project effectiveness, quality of execution, and speed of resolution.
