Job summary

Recaro Aircraft Seating Americas, Inc. is seeking a Purchasing focal point for Design Change (DC) activities. The role coordinates DC evaluations, ensures timely completion, and represents Purchasing in CRB meetings.

You will work closely with Engineering and Configuration Management, identifying cost-saving opportunities and monitoring DC KPIs within shopfloor processes. The ideal candidate has a degree in a related field, experience with change management, and strong analytical and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Information Systems or a related field.
Experience with change management, design analysis or project-based roles.
Experience in a manufacturing, technology or engineering environment.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking change processes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Purchasing activities for Design Change (DC) evaluations and ensure timely completion.
Represent Purchasing in CRB meetings and present DC issues to stakeholders.
Develop and monitor KPIs for Purchasing-managed changes and report in shopfloor management.
Collaborate with Engineering and Configuration Management to resolve DC-related issues.
