Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to learn LOC operating systems and processes, building trusted relationships with division leaders in a high‑performance culture that emphasizes quality and division support.

Your responsibilities include setting up plan take-offs, maintaining option take-offs, monitoring budgets, reviewing starts, coordinating with estimating and purchasing, and managing supplier pricing and POs.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform multiple, detail-oriented tasks with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and maintain plan take-off information for new and revised plans.
• Set-up and maintain option take-offs for all plans/communities within division(s).
• Monitor home site (lot) budgeting in line with start dates.
• Review preliminary lot starts prior to finalizing.
• Interact with estimating and division purchasing to resolve issues.
• Generate and maintain supplier/trade partner pricing using upload/download processes.
• Update purchase orders to keep costs and quantities current.
