The role requires 3+ years of purchasing experience in manufacturing, familiarity with MRP and Foreign Trade Zone rules, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency with MS Office is required; a college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter, proof, maintain, and submit purchase orders.
• Analyze forecast and history data to maintain inventory levels.
• Maintain supplier records, costs, and shipping instructions.
• Coordinate order status reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Expedite purchase orders and manage supplier price lists.
• Attend production meetings and report purchasing updates.
• Communicate with suppliers for order processing and documentation.
• Manage stock levels and maintenance purchases.
