About The Role

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing procurement processes by projecting and planning for both production products and raw materials. This position requires negotiation skills, an understanding of procurement management, and the manufacturing process.

What You’ll Do

• Edit purchase requests and prepares purchase orders.
• Consult catalogs and other references to obtain prices and specifications.
• Maintain files and records of materials, prices, inventories and deliveries.
• Perform related clerical duties.

Qualifications

• Performs work under direct supervision.
• Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher‑level staff.
• Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
• High school diploma and 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Competent business writing and phone etiquette.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

20 - 25 USD per hour (El Monte HQ)
