Job summary

Adroit Partners in Wisconsin is seeking a Purchasing Associate to support factory order processing, PO management, supplier evaluation, and reporting tasks. The role involves handling re-acknowledgements, open/overdue PO reviews, PO releases, and daily transfer reports, with additional duties as needed.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years buying experience in distribution or manufacturing, familiarity with SAP or similar systems, and solid MS Office skills.

• Experience with SAP or similar systems, preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Issue Factory PO’s
• Regional back-order re-ack
• Suppliers Assessment Request and update ASL
