Job summary

Pride Global, via its Russell Tobin affiliate, is seeking an indirect procurement professional for a hybrid role in the US. The position involves supporting the category team on professional services, preparing RFPs, and performing price analysis to facilitate negotiations.

You will extract and manage data from SharePoint and use Excel for reporting and dashboards. Candidates should have 2–3 years in indirect procurement and be proficient with MS Office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support stakeholders and the category team across USAC in professional services.
• Prepare RFPs and conduct price analysis to facilitate negotiation.

• Maintain documentation and records related to sourcing and contracts.
• Verify purchase requests for accuracy and compliance.
• Support contract renewals, updates, and extensions.
• Assist with transactional procurement activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure procurement services.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders on operational matters and follow up on issues.
