The position covers running monthly reports, conducting research projects, troubleshooting system errors, and collaborating across divisions.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain Purchase Orders for home building.
• Update pricing, vendor changes, and add/delete items on purchase orders.
• Run monthly reports.
• Conduct special research projects.
• Troubleshoot system errors or warnings.
• Accurate typing and 10-key data entry for PO data.
• Communicate with Purchasing Assistant team and Divisional Purchasing Departments via internal systems, email, and phone.
