Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in New Hope, MN is seeking a candidate for a direct-hire purchasing role with a clear 18-month development path. You will train across purchasing, customer service, order entry, and cross-functional activities while gaining hands-on ERP exposure.

This onsite daytime role offers a salary of $60,000 to $70,000 plus full benefits, with Monday–Friday schedule 7:30 AM–4:30 PM. The candidate should be detail-oriented and eager to grow into a dedicated purchasing position.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of purchasing support or procurement experience.
• Experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative support is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support purchasing activities for materials, supplies, equipment, and services.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, orders, and deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain purchasing records.
• Assist with vendor performance tracking and cost-saving initiatives.
• Enter and track customer orders within the ERP system.
• Provide administrative support and documentation management.
