Job summary

Key Requirements:

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, industrial services, construction, or a related industry preferred.
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory control, and supply chain management principles.
• Experience negotiating pricing, delivery terms, and supplier agreements preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, purchasing, or inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate pricing, freight, discounts, and procurement costs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal departments.
