Job summary

SAVARD Personnel Group is recruiting a Quality Control Inspector for our Reno, NV area. The role supports inspection of incoming materials, components, and assemblies to ensure conformance with drawings and specifications. This is a temp-to-hire position with immediate availability.

You should have a high school diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience; a 2-year degree is preferred. RV manufacturing experience is a plus, and familiarity with MRB processes is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• 2-year degree preferred.
• Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or construction.
• RV manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Experience inspecting incoming materials, components, and assemblies against engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ability to document inspection results, measurements, and discrepancies clearly for quality control and traceability.
• Experience managing non-conforming materials, quarantined inventory, and NCRs.
• Knowledge of MRB processes, including rework, scrap, and RTV procedures.
• Proficiency with measuring tools including calipers and tape measures.

Key Requirements
