The role involves preparing executive materials, supporting regulatory filings, and driving process improvements across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, 2+ years in purchasing or analytics, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Purchasing, Procurement Operations, Business Analysis, Regulatory Reporting, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with SAP, SAP Ariba, Power BI or similar systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor purchasing activities and perform ongoing analysis to support operational effectiveness.
• Support business continuity, risk management, and operational readiness initiatives.
• Coordinate leadership reporting activities and prepare presentations, analyses, and status updates.
• Attend meetings and document key points, decisions, and action items.
• Track approvals, deliverables, and milestones to support governance and reporting requirements.
• Maintain reporting tools, trackers, and databases for accuracy and currency.
• Support compliance, regulatory, and audit-related activities and record retention.
• Monitor performance metrics and validate operational data for accuracy.
• Assist with development, maintenance, and improvement of procedures and reporting processes.
