Qualifications

• In-person work at our regional office.
• 0-2 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, operations, or related field.
• Willingness to travel to our various locations as needed.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI and use of pivot tables and comfortable working with data and purchasing systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with field and office teams.
• Driven, dependable, and ready to grow within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Executes and manages purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and invoice resolution for materials operations.
• Supports day-to-day purchasing functions, ensuring efficient and timely service to internal stakeholders.
• Maintains accurate purchasing and spending data; assists with reporting, analysis, and opportunity tracking.
• Partners with operations teams to understand needs and ensure effective vendor coordination and delivery.
• Assists with procurement project execution, including sourcing initiatives, contract renewals, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicates with suppliers to request quotes, verify pricing, and maintain up-to-date records.
• Helps identify and implements cost savings opportunities and supplier performance metrics.
