The role requires a bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of procurement or supply chain experience, with strong analytical and Excel skills. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Identify Tail Spend opportunities.
• Supports and tracks key Supplier performance metrics and contractual commitments (rebates, productivity, equipment amortization, etc.).
• Supports the collection of quality specifications and documents.
• Pricing: Validate price change requests per contract; assist with price updates; handle invoice kicks-out and price discrepancies.
• Manage activities related to loading new Suppliers into the System.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Finance, Marketing, Planning and Accounts Payable.

The Procurement Analyst will provide support to the Procurement team by assisting with reporting, administrative duties, and procuring.

Responsibilities

• Spend data analytics
• Category market research
• Supports Strategic Sourcing process activities
• Business Continuity planning and tracking
• Supports Financial budgeting process
• Identify Tail Spend opportunities
• Supports and tracks key Supplier performance metrics and contractual commitments (rebates, productivity, equipment amortization, etc.)
• Supports the collection of quality specifications and documents
• Pricing: Validation of price change requests according to contract stipulations. Supports contract price entry and updates in the system. Invoice kick-out and price discrepancy resolution
• Manage activities related to loading new Suppliers into the System
• Cross-Functional interaction with R&D, Quality, Finance, Marketing, Planning and Accounts Payable

Experience, Skills, Education

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2-3 years relevant procurement or supply chain experience required. Co-Op or internship experience in procurement will be considered in lieu of experience
• Proven analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementations required
• Must be a self-starter, who is proactive and takes advantage of opportunities, without being asked
• Must possess capability to set priorities, establish objectives and milestones, and identify or allocate resources appropriately
• Must possess a strong work ethic
• Excellent presentation and communication skills needed
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel

Compensation

Hiring Pay Range:

$58,575.00 - $78,100.00

Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity. Please keep in mind that we consider internal pay equity and hiring at the maximum of the salary range uncommon.
