Responsibilities

• Support execution of category strategy in region.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers aligned to strategy.
• Drive cost and margin improvements; 5% YOY productivity.
• Lead supplier relationships as local rep for global affiliates.
• Support LCM on project management and category execution.
• Build category cost models; monitor raw materials, FX, market trends.
• Influence and change management to handle complexity.
• Collaborate with global North America team.
• Excel proficiency with ERP like JDE LX.

The Job:

• Procurement Manager support execution of category strategy within their region.
• Critical thinker that can analyze the current situation, develop a plan to improve, and execute the plan while be able to communicate the plan to obtain internal adoption.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers that are in alignment with the category strategy
• Drive world class cost and margin enhancement (TCO Improvement) to deliver 5% YOY productivity
• Lead and manage supplier relationships as the local representative for global affiliates
• Support the Lead Category Manager (LCM) on project management and executing category and regional strategies
• Experience building category cost models/clean sheets, and monitoring raw material, FX, and market trends
• Strong influencing and change management experience with the ability to successfully manage complexity and multiple priorities
• Experience working with a global and diverse team in North America
• Strong Excel background with experience in ERP systems such as JDE LX

• The Salary range for this position is $62,200.00 - $100,200.00
