The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational and planning skills, 3–5 years of related experience, and familiarity with Global Shop Solutions (ERP) systems.

Qualifications

• Three to Five years of experience in related area required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Global Shop Solutions software experience preferred.
• ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Will oversee the procurement and distribution of materials and products according to company needs and customer requirements.
• Strategically source and purchase material, supplies and equipment to offer the best value for Plasma Processes.
• Identify and communicate any continuous improvements in purchasing process.
• Assist in confirming inventory levels to ensure deliveries occur within customer timelines.
• Works with shipping department to validate schedule delivery of materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Help identify opportunities to reduce transportation costs and charges.
• Motivated, team-oriented, and creative.
• Monitor short and long-term material requirements needs by using GSS to manage and action daily ERP messages.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
