The Romanoff Group of Companies is seeking a detail‑oriented Purchasing Administrator. You will enter purchase orders in Timberline after the Purchasing Agent drafts them, coordinate with accounts payable and vendors, and help ensure accuracy of orders and invoices.

We are actively seeking qualified candidates for the Purchasing Administrator position to join our award-winning team.
A Purchasing Administrator is responsible to key all purchase orders into Timberline once the Purchasing Agent has written the purchase order. The Purchasing Administrator will collaborate with the accounts payable team, Purchasing Agents, and vendors to research and correct any purchasing errors.
