Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ year of retail origination.
• Have relationships with real estate agents or builders, or are ready to build them.
• Focus on purchase business with a company that helps you grow.

Responsibilities

• Close more loans with in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams to accelerate deals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents and builders to generate purchase business.
• Grow production and referral network while delivering excellent service to clients.
