Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Relationships with real estate agents or builders, or ability to develop them.
• Interest in purchase business and a company that supports growth.

Responsibilities

• Close more loans with in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams to accelerate turn times.
• Maintain and grow referral partner relationships to keep business flowing.
• Operate in a commission-based compensation structure with draws, transition compensation during moves, and potential sign-on bonuses.
