Qualifications

• You are a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Have relationships with real estate agents or builders, or you're ready to build them.
• Want purchase business and a company that helps you get it.

Responsibilities

• Close more loans with in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams to speed up turn times.
• Maintain and grow relationships with real estate agents and builders.
• Aim to exceed production goals and maximize commissions.
