PRMI is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers. We want originators who want to close more loans, keep their referral partners happy, and get paid well for it.

Compensation: $60K–$180K per year with commission-based structure; draws, transition compensation during move, and sign-on bonuses for producers. Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Relationships with real estate agents or builders, or willingness to develop them.
• Interest in purchase-focused business and growth with a full-support platform.
