Job summary

Superior Contracting & Maintenance in Memphis, TN is seeking a Punchlist Contractor to perform a range of tasks including general repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting on diverse projects. Must have at least 5 years of punch list experience, bring own tools, and be based in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in punch list work or similar construction industry experience.
• Must provide own tools and reliable transportation.
• Living currently in the U.S.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients, vendors and employees at all levels.
• Basic understanding of building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete and execute tasks as assigned by project manager, ensuring work is completed within the established time frame and budget.
• Ability to perform general repairs and carpentry work including framing, drywall repair/replace, texture match, flooring installation, and finish work.
• Converse with project managers to ensure their needs are being met.
• Show up to job sites with materials and tools needed for each job assigned; manage and prioritize workload and communicate progress to the project manager.
• Ensure job sites are left clean and orderly at the end of the day.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed.
