Job summary

We Build We Fix is seeking a detail-oriented Punch List Technician to join our construction team in Tennessee. You will perform final inspections and address punch list items to uphold our quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include repairing drywall, painting, carpentry, fixture installs, and minor electrical or plumbing adjustments, while maintaining safety and clear communication with project managers and clients. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction punch list management or related fields.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Comfort with using common hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Inspect projects to identify and address punch list items.
• Repair defects including drywall touch-ups, painting, carpentry, fixtures, and minor electrical/plumbing adjustments.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety policies.
• Communicate with project managers and clients about punch list requirements and timelines.
• Document completed tasks and maintain records of corrections.
• Assist with ongoing maintenance tasks as needed.
