Qualifications

• Experience in construction management or similar role.
• Knowledge of drywall, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, caulking, stucco, masonry, tile laying, flooring.
• Familiarity with electrical work, plumbing systems, painting techniques, fixture installation.
• Able to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with Bluebeam or similar inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect sites for incomplete or defective work using tools like Bluebeam and digital inspection software.
• Create punch lists for repairs across drywall, flooring, cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, stucco, masonry, tile, and more.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and tradespeople to communicate items clearly.
• Verify compliance with blueprints, specs, safety standards, and building codes.
• Monitor progress of punch list items to ensure timely completion with high quality.
• Document findings with photos and reports for records and project docs.
• Assist in coordinating heavy equipment operation or fabrication tasks when needed.
