Las Vegas Remodel & Construction, based in Henderson, NV, is seeking a Construction Punch List Technician to finish high-end residential remodeling projects across the Las Vegas area.

You will handle punch-list tasks, finish carpentry, paint and drywall repairs, and fixture installations to ensure every job meets our quality standards. This role rewards hands-on craftsmanship and reliable teamwork.

Travel between job sites is required; a valid driver's license and your own tools are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction experience with a strong emphasis on remodeling and high-quality problem solving.
• Proficient in finish carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and fixture installation with attention to detail.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering clean, finished work.
• Strong communication and time management skills; reliable transportation and own tools are required.
• Valid driver's license; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete punch-list tasks at the final stage of residential remodeling projects.
• Install mirrors, light fixtures, cabinet hardware, and accessories.
• Perform drywall patches, paint touch-ups, and minor texture matching.
• Execute back-end finish carpentry, including baseboards, door hanging, and cabinet adjustments.
• Inspect and correct deficiencies to meet quality standards.
• Communicate with project leaders to ensure closeout work aligns with client expectations.
• Move efficiently between multiple job sites weekly; travel between sites in the Las Vegas area.

• Proficient in finish carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and fixture installation, with the ability to deliver high‑quality, detail‑oriented work
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing clean, finished work
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must provide own tools
• Valid driver's license required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods

Compensation and Perks

• Full time position. Monday to Friday with flexibility depending on site needs.
• Competitive hourly rate at $30 to $32 per hour, depending on experience
• Gas card provided after 30 days
• Participation in quarterly company events and team gatherings
• 1099 contractor role
