Job summary

Dayton Rogers is seeking an experienced Press Room Lead to oversee daily production and support our Press Room team. This role coordinates employees and production activities to ensure parts are produced safely, efficiently, and to customer specifications.

You will lead daily Press Room operations, assign work, train staff on equipment and safety, and resolve production issues, helping maintain a productive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related manufacturing experience or equivalent training.
• Press room, metal stamping, or metal forming experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous lead, training, or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Press Room activities and keep production on schedule.

• Promote and enforce company safety procedures.
• Monitor production, materials, and equipment for quality or operational issues.
• Train employees on equipment, work procedures, and safety requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to Press Room employees throughout the shift.

• Communicate production, quality, staffing, and equipment concerns to supervisors.
• Help maintain an organized, productive, and team-focused work environment.
• Perform other production duties as needed.
