Job summary

Trend Personnel Services is hiring an experiencedPunch Press Set-Up / Operator for an established manufacturing client in Garland, TX. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with hands-on experience setting up and/or operating punch press equipment in a production environment.

Responsibilities include setting up and/or operating punch press equipment, installing and adjusting dies/tools, reading work orders and blueprints, loading materials, inspecting parts, and maintaining safety and

Qualifications

• Experience setting up and/or operating punch press equipment.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and use measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Set up and/or operate punch press equipment for production runs
• Install and adjust dies, tooling, and machine settings as required
• Read and follow work orders, prints, specifications, and production instructions
• Load materials and monitor equipment throughout production
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
• Make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot production issues
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures
