TMD Staffing is seeking a qualified press operator in the Plano, TX area to produce metal components safely and efficiently, following engineering and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will operate stamping presses, perform blanking, bending, punching and forming from blueprints, set up machines, inspect parts, and monitor tooling to maintain quality and production schedules. This is a day shift with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Responsabilités

• Operate stamping presses and related equipment to produce metal parts.
• Perform blanking, bending, punching, and forming operations according to blueprints and work instructions.
• Set up machines, load materials, feed dies, and position parts for production.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements.
• Monitor tooling and equipment for issues that may affect quality or production.
• Record production quantities and inspection results.
• Review production schedules, materials, quantities, and deadlines.
• Perform coil changes and material handling as needed.
• Follow all safety, quality, and equipment procedures.
• Report production, quality, or equipment issues to the Production Lead or Supervisor.
• Stop production when quality or safety issues could affect product specifications.
