Job summary

K&S Manufacturing Ixonia, Wisconsin, is seeking a Punch Press Operator to join our metal fabrication team. This full-time position offers 1st shift (5am-2pm) or 2nd shift (2pm-12am) with shift differential and a 100% air-conditioned facility.

You will read internal drawings and specifications, operate stamping presses from 150 to 800 tons, and use calipers and height gauges. Candidates should be reliable, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work well with engineers on prototyping.

Qualifications

• Ability to use caliper, height gauge and other shop gauges.
• Solid understanding of blueprint reading and shop math.
• Driven to meet production targets while maintaining safety and quality.
• Able to work effectively in a team.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate stamping presses from 150 ton to 800 ton.
• Work from drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Use calipers, height gauges, and other gauges.
• Run production efficiently and collaborate with engineering on prototyping.
• Complete and maintain shop paperwork.
• Perform daily 6S duties.
