A regional construction company in Orlando is seeking a reliable General Punch-Out Foreman to oversee final repairs and adjustments on sitework projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in general construction, a commitment to safety, and the ability to communicate effectively. Responsibilities include site preparations, material handling, and ensuring quality standards are met. This role requires physical ability and a valid driver's license. Qualifications

Experience in site development, utility work, or general construction preferred.
Basic knowledge of grading, concrete, drainage, and erosion control practices.
Skilled in the safe use of construction tools and light equipment.
Must have valid driver's license and clean driving history.

Responsibilities

Pouring valve pads.
Cleaning & brick work sanitary manholes.
Touching up mud work in storm boxes.
Setting meter boxes.
Installing blow offs.
Assisting your crew with daily labor tasks.
Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools.
Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
Removing debris and dangerous materials from site.
Assembling and breaking down barricades.
Regulating traffic and erecting traffic signs.
Digging holes, trenches, and shafts.
Mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete.
Using power tools such as concrete saws and jackhammers.
Following health and safety regulations.

Assured Excavating is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Punch-Out Foreman to join our team. This position plays a pivotal role in the final stages of our sitework projects, handling final repairs, touch-ups, and adjustments to ensure our work meets the highest standards before handoff. We are looking for someone who takes pride in precision, communicates well, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in general site construction with a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Pouring valve pads
Cleaning & brick work sanitary manholes

Ability to work 10 hours Monday- Thursday, 8 hours on Friday and occasional Saturday’s, on an as needed basis
