The ideal candidate will have experience in general construction, a commitment to safety, and the ability to communicate effectively. Qualifications

• Experience in site development, utility work, or general construction preferred.
• Basic knowledge of grading, concrete, drainage, and erosion control practices.
• Skilled in the safe use of construction tools and light equipment.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Pouring valve pads.
• Cleaning & brick work sanitary manholes.
• Touching up mud work in storm boxes.
• Setting meter boxes.
• Installing blow offs.
• Assisting your crew with daily labor tasks.
• Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools.
• Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
• Removing debris and dangerous materials from site.
• Assembling and breaking down barricades.
• Regulating traffic and erecting traffic signs.
• Digging holes, trenches, and shafts.
• Mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete.
• Using power tools such as concrete saws and jackhammers.
• Following health and safety regulations.
