Job summary

Munters is seeking a Punch-Off Cell Lead in the US to assist the supervisor with daily work assignments and direct production staff in punch-off to prepare and ship Munters equipment.

Responsibilities include leading morning meetings, meeting ship dates, ensuring safety and quality, and mentoring team members. Requires High School diploma or GED; experience with paint, blueprint reading, measuring devices, and tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in paint,Blueprint reading,use of measuring devices and good mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead morning Tier Meetings with direct reports.
• Ensure orders are built per production schedule to meet ship dates.
• Direct and assist flow lane employees with daily assignments.
• Enter daily labor and complete in-process check sheets.
• Maintain safety awareness and enforce PPE usage.
• Assist supervisor with skills development of employees.
• Complete quality assurance inspection and paperwork.
• Maintain safe, organized work area and report problems.
• Operate Travel Lift / Boat Lift and Cranes as needed.

Additional work assignments throughout production may apply as needed.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following but are not limited to:* Leads morning Tier Meetings with direct reports in their assigned areas of responsibility.* Ensures scheduled orders are built per the production schedule and in accordance to prescribed best practices to meet scheduled ship dates.* Directs and assists flow lane employees with daily work assignments.* Ensures daily labor is entered and in-process check sheets are completed as required.* Responsible for safety awareness and enforcement of safety practices (including the use of PPE).* Assists supervisor with skills and knowledge development of existing and new employees.* Complete quality assurance inspection and in-process paperwork.* Maintain safe, and organized work area.
