Job summary

FMA Services is seeking a qualified Punch List Supervisor for a large-scale industrial project in Belgium. The role requires coordinating field teams, supervisors, QA/QC and pre-commissioning to ensure timely closure of punch items.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership and proven experience in completions and contractor coordination. You will lead closure activities across disciplines, prioritize critical items, and ensure compliance with project specs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of construction/completions experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading punch closure activities within assigned areas, systems, or disciplines.
• Prioritizing critical punch items in function of mechanical completion, energization, and pre-commissioning milestones.
• Managing supervisors and contractor teams for the execution of corrective works.
• Verifying that punch closure is executed technically correctly and according to project specifications.
• Organizing field walkdowns and consultations with QA/QC, engineering, and completions coordinators.
• Escalating technical, material, or resource issues that threaten the handover.
• Monitoring daily closure performance, backlog, and overdue items and proposing recovery actions.
• Ensuring that closure evidence, redlines, and relevant dossier documents are correctly updated.
