Responsibilities

• Uphold Elmington quality standards and ensure punch work meets definitions of done.
• Lead punch execution across trades and coordinate the punch crew.
• Travel to project sites and stay as needed during punch/closeout periods.
• Train crew on punch expectations and quality standards and provide feedback.
• Maintain punch lists, closeout logs, and progress tracking for turnover.
• Identify recurring quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Support warranty transition and occupancy milestones as required.
